Job Description

JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer Bank Shopping team is seeking a Senior Associate in Channel Marketing - Product to help shape how customers discover and engage with the bank’s products. This onsite role in Plano, Texas, centers on product strategy, lifecycle management, and successful launches, with a clear focus on delivering customer value through cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and controls teams.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and maintain a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Oversee discovery, execution, and market research to uncover customer solutions and weave them into the product roadmap.
  • Manage and evolve the product backlog to align development with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establish the measurement framework and monitor key success metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Serve as a knowledge hub for product controls, cultivating curiosity, monitoring, and setting standards to strengthen the control framework.
  • Build and sustain relationships with engineering, architecture, product, control & compliance, and data analytics teams to drive decisions.
  • Communicate strategy, roadmap, progress, and insights clearly across partner and stakeholder audiences, shaping narrative and cadence for different groups.
  • Act as a technical and customer problem solver, clarifying issues and understanding where our platform sits in the Chase ecosystem while evaluating current and future technologies for these products.
  • Maintain accountability for business conduct and adherence to policies and the code of conduct.
  • Serve as the focal point for audits and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product or a relevant domain area.
  • Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design processes, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • A customer journey and controls focus, with the ability to build productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, translating customer and control needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a robust partnership with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech/Architecture, Data & Analytics) to achieve superior results.
  • Collaborative leader and team player who inspires action and performance through example and a culture of togetherness.
  • Ability to translate disparate insights and data sources into clear, measurable, scalable features and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a dynamic environment, with strong partnership, consulting, and influence skills.
  • Experience in acquisition, digital products, online and mobile platforms, and product controls, with a focus on monitoring tools that support platform success.
