Requirements

Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and management, public relations, and event planning.
Familiarity with current economic development initiatives and Norfolk city developments.
Strong writing and editing skills with a professional content portfolio.
Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with basic graphic design programs.
Experience working in or alongside government or municipal organizations is preferred.
