Responsibilities

- Oversee digital presence, including website updates, social media content, and digital advertising campaigns
- Engage prospective clients, follow up on leads, and cultivate ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
- Support planning and execution of events, boat shows, and community activities
- Monitor marketing performance and adjust tactics to maximize results
- Maintain current knowledge of the marine market and competitive landscape
- Amplify awareness of our boats and services through social media, online ads, and simple marketing campaigns
- Assist customers by answering questions, pursuing leads, and guiding buyers through the purchasing journey
- Keep the online presence fresh and visually appealing
- Assist with events, boat shows, and community activities
- Produce straightforward marketing materials as needed
- Track effectiveness of initiatives and iterate to improve results
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with marine industry experience a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
