Job Description

Anchor Ingredients Co LLC seeks an onsite Marketing Manager in Fargo, ND with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive marketing experience to lead brand strategy and multi-channel initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing development of brand identity, positioning, and messaging; ensure consistent application of brand standards across channels, platforms, and stakeholder groups.
  • Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, and emerging platforms; leverage data and marketing tools to segment audiences, personalize messages, and boost campaign performance.
  • Plan and run conferences, trade shows, and key internal and external events; integrate digital tools to boost attendee engagement and capture post-event analytics.
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack including automation platforms, website CMS, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms; pursue integration and automation to enhance efficiency, personalization, and performance.
  • Direct the digital program including website management, SEO/SEM, online profiles, email marketing, and social media; continuously optimize digital presence using analytics and performance data.
  • Lead public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling; manage media relationships and coordinate interviews, launches, and external communications.
  • Develop and manage content strategy aligned with brand messaging and business objectives; ensure content supports campaigns, thought leadership, recruitment, and internal communications; leverage digital tools for distribution and performance tracking.
  • Oversee branded merchandise program, including vendor management, online storefronts, inventory, and gifting initiatives; ensure consistency with brand standards and cost efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs and use analytics to track performance across all marketing activities; refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI, prioritizing investments in high-impact channels and technology solutions.
  • Partner with sales, procurement, sustainability, HR, technology, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize organizational impact.
  • Manage external partners including agencies, media vendors, and production partners; ensure performance, accountability, and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Experience leveraging marketing technology including marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and digital advertising platforms to optimize performance.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills across multiple audiences and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar tools, with ability to provide design direction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role is based in a professional office setting in Fargo, ND with typical office conditions and a noise level that is quiet to moderate. The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Daily duties require frequent talking and listening, with periods of standing or walking. The role may involve standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand use. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds is needed. Visual demands include close-up work. Reasonable accommodations are available to enable performance of essential functions.
