Job Description

Position Summary

Skillmasters and Snap Soccer seek a results-driven Marketing and Growth Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen both brands and generate leads across the two organizations. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will develop growth strategies, support sales initiatives, manage websites and digital marketing, create engaging content, and assist with events. The position requires comfort with both campaign planning and practical execution.

Location: Pensacola, Florida 32501. This is an in-person role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Growth
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support growth and revenue goals.
    • Identify opportunities to raise brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
    • Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business development efforts.
    • Build and manage campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives.
    • Create sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
  • Website, Digital & Social Media
    • Manage and improve company websites with a focus on user experience and conversion.
    • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.
    • Monitor digital performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Branding & Content
    • Ensure consistent branding across websites, events, marketing materials, and communications.
    • Create and manage marketing collateral, sponsorship materials, signage, and promotional assets.
    • Capture and produce engaging content that highlights events, services, and customer success.
  • Event Marketing
    • Attend tournaments, showcases, and company events as needed.
    • Assist with event setup and branding execution.
    • Capture live photos and video content for marketing and social media use.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in marketing, growth, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Proven success developing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience supporting sales teams through lead generation and marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of websites, social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Sports, event marketing, or youth sports industry experience is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
