Job Description

Sunrise Management & Consulting is seeking a full-time Marketing and Digital Content Specialist to join onsite in Latham, NY. This role supports Sunrise Management & Consulting and Property Gauge, focusing on social media management, online listings, online reputation management, content creation, campaigns, and event coordination. The position offers an hourly rate of $26 to $32 and presents an opportunity to grow within a multi-brand environment, strengthening brand visibility and engaging residents and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and update social media profiles for multiple brands and properties across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Track engagement metrics and help optimize content performance
  • Maintain apartment listing profiles on Apartments.com, Zillow, and other rental sites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing goals
  • Update website content and online profiles as needed
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across Google and listing sites; coordinate resident feedback responses in line with company standards
  • Analyze feedback trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in creating engaging marketing materials, announcements, and digital content
  • Develop graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Support coordination of marketing campaigns, announcements, and product updates
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Assist in planning and coordinating resident events at apartment communities
  • Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for industry trade shows and conferences
  • Support event communications and promotional outreach
  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, lead volume, and listing effectiveness
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and improvement recommendations
  • Support overall marketing initiatives across both organizations and help manage calendars and schedules
  • Assist leadership with marketing-related administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills with experience responding to online reviews, comments, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Experience developing and executing social media or digital marketing strategies, including content planning and performance tracking
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and design platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or promotional initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with digital marketing analytics and engagement metrics to inform content strategy
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment supporting multiple brands or business units

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, viewing multiple screens and typing for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and in person
  • Occasional standing, walking, and moving between work areas or office locations
  • Ability to lift and carry light materials (up to 15–25 pounds), such as marketing materials and event supplies
  • Visual ability to read and analyze digital content, including detailed text and graphics
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer, camera equipment, and other standard office tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events, meetings, or on-site content creation
  • Ability to set up and break down light event or promotional materials
