Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an on-site Marketing Coordinator to join our Williamsburg, Virginia team. This role emphasizes in-person marketing with prospective and current resort owners and coordinating guests for sales presentations, bridging guests with our resort offerings.

The position operates onsite and requires a hands-on approach to daily engagement, supporting brand goals through direct interaction and structured guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
  • Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions
  • Attend department meetings
  • Keep current on marketing information and materials
  • Keep current on industry trends
  • Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
