Responsibilities
- Design and run marketing campaigns plus customer-centric communications
- Facilitate data transfer between internal and external partners to enable campaign implementation
- Deliver marketing campaign decision support and craft comprehensive campaign requirements
- Confirm clear understanding of requirements and seek clarification as needed
- Build, quality-check, and execute campaigns within established timelines
- Ensure offers reach downstream operational systems
- Develop standards to streamline campaign development
- Produce campaign waterfall reports and brief key stakeholders
- Maintain accuracy and quality of campaigns and execution
- Offer guidance to less-experienced associates as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with five (5) years of marketing or related experience
- Or Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field with seven (7) years of marketing or related experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED with nine (9) years of marketing or related experience
