- Exposure to a range of marketing activities including content creation, design, and data analysis
Responsibilities
- Develop and present concepts for new projects and campaigns
- Create, design, and refresh website content; collaborate with the website developer as needed
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to inform optimization efforts
- Produce visually compelling, on‑brand marketing materials such as ads, brochures, posters, photos, and videos
- Design and publish social content aligned with business goals; engage with followers and monitor reviews
- Collect and analyze data to report on social media performance
- Update content for the Component Engine application; manage product price sheets and sales training guides
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all materials
- Retouch, color correct, archive photos; shoot and edit video content
- Collaborate with the marketing company and coordinate with various departments to understand design needs
- Suggest new ideas for posters, brochures, signage, banners, and related materials
- Proofread to ensure accuracy and quality; manage inventory and propose new equipment or software
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve design output
- Follow company safety policies and meet quality standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; maintain an organized workspace and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, typography, videography, color theory, and layout
- FAA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred
- Valid driver license required
- Minimum of one year of graphic design and marketing experience required
- Proven experience producing a variety of marketing materials including ads, flyers, social posts, signage, and handouts
- Experience with print and video production
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content; strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear communication, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to meet tight deadlines
- Effective time management, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to confidentiality; ability to work independently and multitask with attention to detail; flexible in schedule

Work environment
Primarily an office setting with occasional trips to the manufacturing shop floor. Standard office equipment is used, and safety eyewear and other PPE are required as needed.
Physical Demands
Ability to concentrate for extended periods; long durations seated or standing while using office equipment. Bending, reaching, and lifting may be required for product testing, photo and video shoots, and trade show setup and teardown.
Schedule
Full-time, non-exempt with regular office hours from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Travel
Some travel may be required for training and photo or video shoots.
