Job Description

The Graphic Design Administrator will join BioZyme's marketing team in Saint Joseph, MO, onsite, to translate complex animal health concepts into visually compelling materials, uphold brand identity, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and product groups.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages Asana to manage tasks and coordinate timely collaboration across team members
  • Create and deliver marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, product packaging, and assets for trade shows
  • Uphold and refine BioZyme's brand identity across every channel
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop cohesive campaigns
  • Produce visuals that convey complex scientific and technical concepts more accessibly
  • Prepare design files for both print production and digital distribution
  • Support updates to website and email design
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and visual standards
  • Keep current with design trends and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and digital design capabilities
  • Experience with image resizing and scaling
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience creating digital marketing assets and social media graphics
  • A basic understanding of print production processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Willing and able to relocate or live within commutable distance of the Headquarters in St. Joseph, MO
  • Willing and able to work on-site full-time
