Job Description

Quantum Workplace seeks a senior marketing leader to own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and the marketing operations framework. The role drives the demand engine, oversees the HubSpot stack, attribution, and reporting, and manages a small team in a hands-on, player-coach capacity. This is a remote, director-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated campaigns for new business and expansion, translating strategy into programs that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Oversee paid media performance across search, paid social, and retargeting; manage agency relationships, channel mix, and efficiency.
  • Develop and sustain segmented nurture tracks designed to convert leads over time rather than solely at the top of the funnel.
  • Align with BDRs on lead quality standards, handoff workflows, and outbound enablement.
  • Own events as a demand channel, with pipeline tracking before and after each event.
  • Coordinate third-party publication placements focused on lead generation outcomes.
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end, including attribution, data hygiene, dashboard development, and ongoing optimization.
  • Design and calibrate the lead scoring model to reflect actual pipeline quality, not just activity.
  • Serve as the central reporting hub for the team, ensuring accurate and timely performance data across functions.
  • Define and maintain unified marketing processes and the related Asana infrastructure.
  • Own closed-loop attribution reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue across channels.
  • Manage intent-based lead routing and workflow management; oversee Chili Piper in partnership with RevOps.
  • Collaborate with RevOps on system alignment and shared reporting.
  • Assess and govern the marketing technology stack, including vendor relationships, renewals, and recommendations for new tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with substantial experience in both demand generation and marketing operations, including leadership of a marketing ops function at scale.
  • Proven track record operating at Director or VP level with real pipeline accountability, not solely reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize a demand engine from strategy through measurement in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise.
  • Experience managing paid media programs, whether agency or in-house, with an emphasis on efficiency.
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role, managing direct reports while contributing to hands-on execution.
  • Strong collaborator who thrives under clear strategic direction with ownership of execution.

About the Role

This position combines two core capabilities: demand generation strategy and marketing operations infrastructure. You will own the execution of the demand engine, including campaigns, paid media, BDR alignment, and nurture, while also owning the HubSpot stack, attribution model, and the essential reporting that underpins every function. You will lead a small team and operate as a true player-coach, setting direction and delivering hands-on contributions. The role requires proficiency in both pipeline generation and systems optimization at a Director level.
