Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, store traffic, and sales initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to plan and implement campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Offer ideas to enhance digital communications, campaign performance, and the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice across all consumer-facing channels.
  • Track digital marketing trends, customer behavior, and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media content across company platforms.
  • Support the development and upkeep of content calendars and promotional schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to produce engaging visual and written content.
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with agencies, social creators, influencers, freelancers, and vendors supporting scalable content programs.
  • Assist in developing, writing, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns and related customer communications.
  • Support promotional campaigns, segmented email initiatives, automated customer journeys, and ongoing marketing communications.
  • Ensure email content aligns with campaign goals, customer experience standards, and brand messaging.
  • Analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and audience trends.
  • Conduct website content audits to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Support scalable website content strategies that enhance the customer experience and digital presentation.
  • Collaborate with local marketing managers and internal teams to uphold content quality and consistency across the website portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website messaging, organization, content structure, and customer engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing workflows, timelines, and project coordination across teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, creators, and vendors involved in digital marketing and content production.
  • Organize projects, deliverables, and assets to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with business goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail operations, creative teams, and leadership to support digital initiatives.
  • Track and report performance across social media, email marketing, and digital content initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics and campaign insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive improved results.
  • Maintain organized reporting, campaign documentation, and digital marketing records for leadership review.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing a consumer-facing brand or product line and understanding the customer journey from brand awareness to purchase and retention.
  • Background working for a consumer brand, retail company, or product-based business with direct-to-consumer marketing across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience planning, writing, scheduling, and deploying content across social media, email, and website; ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; capable of contributing ideas, improving workflows, and supporting digital marketing performance within a team.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tracking and reporting on performance and using analytics to identify optimization opportunities.

Compensation

Hourly rate: USD 27.00 – 30.00 per hour
