NU Media Holdings LLC seeks a bilingual Digital Marketing Business Development professional based in New York City to broaden the local merchant partner portfolio, with a focus on restaurants and related local businesses. This onsite role calls for strong networking capabilities and a proven track record in digital marketing or sales within the local market.
Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition: Identify and recruit new restaurant and local business partners across NYC.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term connections with business owners to support high retention.
- Strategic Pitching: Develop and deliver professional proposals that illustrate how our digital marketing solutions boost client ROI.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation to closing deals.
- Market Insight: Monitor NYC dining and retail trends to tailor marketing offerings for clients.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year in Food & Beverage marketing or sales. Direct experience within leading Asian food delivery ecosystems or specialized third-party restaurant service platforms is highly preferred.
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
- Local Network: Established network of local NYC restaurant owners and merchants.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Social Media Savvy: Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote (Xiaohongshu).
- Mindset: Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a proven closer mentality.
