Content Marketing Coordinator

Alma San Juan is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to drive its digital storytelling from Viejo San Juan with on-site collaboration. Working with the Marketing & Guest Experience Manager, you will produce engaging visual and written content, manage social channels, nurture community interactions, and uphold brand consistency across all guest-facing communications while supporting marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop photo, video, and written content for social media and digital properties
• Oversee and expand Alma San Juan's presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and additional channels
• Cover hotel events, restaurant activations, partnerships, media visits, and community initiatives
• Engage with guests, followers, influencers, and brand partners
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and revenue-driving efforts
• Assist with presentations, media materials, partnership proposals, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, agencies, influencers, and local partners
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and content performance to continually improve results
• Ensure all content reflects Alma San Juan's brand identity and Marriott Autograph Collection standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong photography, videography, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Experience managing social media platforms and content creation tools
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with occasional evening, weekend, and special event attendance
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel, restaurant, or luxury brand experience is highly preferred
