Commercial Lines Marketing Manager

Based in Bloomer, Wisconsin, Apex Insurance Group of WI, LLC seeks a Commercial Lines Marketing Manager to own and elevate the commercial lines marketing and quoting workflow. The role focuses on driving submissions, strengthening carrier partnerships, and supporting producers' growth through a disciplined, end-to-end process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end marketing and quoting process for commercial accounts
• Evaluate risks and determine optimal carrier placement
• Prepare and submit complete applications, supplements, and cover letters
• Communicate with underwriters to secure competitive terms
• Track opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility
• Deliver consistent, professional proposal packages
• Collaborate with producers and leadership on strategy and outcomes

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Strong understanding of coverages (CGL, Property, Auto, Umbrella)
• Experience working with carrier portals and underwriting processes
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Applied Epic (preferred)
