Job Description

The Marketing Assistant works with the Director of Marketing to develop and distribute content for internal and external audiences, supports print media, advertising, and sales-support materials, and assists with River Valley Club's digital communities across four club websites and social channels. This on-site role is based in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

Assist with the writing, design, and publication of regular monthly communications for all River Valley Club departments via Websites.
Assist with the writing, design, and publication of regular monthly communications for all River Valley Club departments via Emails.
Assist with the writing, design, and publication of regular monthly communications for all River Valley Club departments via Social Media.
Assist with the writing, design, and publication of regular monthly communications for all River Valley Club departments via Screens.
Assist with the writing, design, and publication of regular monthly communications for all River Valley Club departments via Signage.
Assist with the writing, design, scheduling, and distribution of digital and print ads.
Assist with photo and video shoots.
Assist with database and asset organization and management.

Requirements

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
Photography skills at an intermediate to advanced level
Writing skills at an intermediate to advanced level
Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp
Knowledge of social media channels and publishing best practices
Ability to export files in appropriate specifications for digital vs print delivery
A track record of setting measurable goals, collecting data, reviewing metrics, and applying improvements based on findings
Willingness to quickly learn new technologies as the organization works across multiple platforms to advance communication methods
