Job Description

CreativeOne is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist in Leawood, KS (onsite) to manage advisor-facing platforms, email marketing, automation, and cross-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end management of advisor-facing marketing platforms, including EngageOne (white-labeled Snappy Kraken) and Levitate; onboard advisors, provide ongoing support, handle tickets, schedule content, and be the primary contact for advisors on email nurture and social content needs; maintain advisor rosters and ensure compliance across platforms.
Build and dispatch marketing emails in HubSpot per templates and brand standards; support A/B tests, list segmentation, and performance tracking under the Marketing Manager.
Configure and own marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and GoHighLevel; manage assigned workflows end-to-end and collaborate on larger builds with the Marketing Automations Specialist.
Create and monitor Zaps, troubleshoot connections, and escalate systemic issues; follow established patterns and documentation for Zap construction.
Schedule and publish social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms using approved creatives; maintain publishing calendars and ensure timely delivery across advisor and brand accounts.
Serve as the day-to-day liaison with platform vendors such as Snappy Kraken and Levitate; escalate issues, coordinate feature requests, and relay updates to the Marketing Manager.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures for owned processes; document new procedures with visuals using Scribe alongside written documentation.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality; apply AI-assisted development to build lightweight marketing tools and mini-apps for other teams without requiring formal coding.
Adapt across digital channels as business needs evolve and own delivery within new channels and platforms as they come online.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across owned channels; generate standard reports, flag anomalies, and contribute to analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or comparable tools.
Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals including deliverability, segmentation, workflows, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
Ability to configure automation workflows and understand trigger, action, and condition logic.
Comfort managing integrations between platforms, with Zapier experience strongly preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional and responsive demeanor when interacting with advisors and vendors.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) in professional or project contexts to accelerate marketing work.
Experience with AI-assisted development (vibe coding) to build functional marketing tools; strong prompting skills required; no formal coding language proficiency needed.
Comfort working with data and marketing performance metrics; ability to pull reports and identify trends across channels.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum three years of relevant experience.

Compensation and Tools

Salary: USD 59,000 per year
