Job Description

eCommerce Customer Support / Sales / Marketing Coordinator role to support day-to-day eCommerce operations, handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, manage orders and returns, and coordinate with shipping and fulfillment under the VP of Marketing & Sales.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Review incoming orders and verify details for accuracy
Process refunds, exchanges, and return labels
Track and follow up on open orders, replacements, or warranty claims
Address post-sale issues and monitor seller/product reviews
Coordinate with shipping and fulfillment partners to resolve delivery issues
Identify recurring issues and report them to the VP of Marketing & Sales
Support administrative tasks such as updating product listings and processing shipping claims
Occasionally back up and assist the Warehouse Manager with order picking and packing

Requirements

2+ years of customer service or e-commerce operations experience on platforms such as Amazon, BigCommerce, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable for results
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with Excel CSV files

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will build and own the in-house marketing function for United Print, Signs & Graphics, driving brand development, lead generation, and the modernization of marketing technology with AI-powered initiatives in a hybrid role based in Kent, Washington.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the annual marketing strategy, calendar, and budget aligned to revenue targets.
Define target customer segments (small business, real estate, events, retail, construction, and trade shows) with tailored positioning for each.
Set, monitor, and report on KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and messaging across all channels.
Plan and produce content including web copy, blog and SEO articles, case studies, email campaigns, social posts, and print/signage portfolio showcases.
Oversee the company website in WordPress, focusing on updates, landing pages, SEO, and conversion optimization.
Execute lead-generation campaigns across email, paid search and social, SEO, and local listings (Google Business Profile, directories).
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring pipeline hygiene, effective lead routing, automated nurturing, and cross-functional reporting with sales.
Manage social media presence and foster community engagement.
Build and maintain an AI-assisted marketing workflow for content creation, design ideation, ad copy, analytics, and personalization.
Evaluate, implement, and train the team on marketing tools and integrations.
Collaborate closely with sales and the production/design team to ensure messaging aligns with delivered outputs.
Coordinate with outside vendors such as printers, ad platforms, and freelancers as needed.
Oversee the marketing budget and report spend versus results.

Requirements

Minimum of three years in marketing, with at least two in a strategic or managerial role.
Proven knowledge of AI marketing stacks, including generative AI for copy and imagery and AI features in CRM/automation platforms.
Hands-on WordPress experience (or another content management system).
Hands-on HubSpot experience (or another customer relationship management platform).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and drive projects from concept through results.
