Job Description

Join LPL Financial in a hands-on, benefits-forward role based in Fort Mill, SC. This senior marketing position oversees program marketing for a broad network, coordinating with up to 30 institutional marketing teams and 75 to 100 advisors to drive strategic campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Location and compensation

Location: Fort Mill, SC on site. Pay range: $76,838 to $128,132 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep familiarity with the institution's culture, member base, and growth goals to keep marketing aligned and relevant.
  • Assess current marketing channels used to reach members or customers and integrate the investment services program into their natural cadence.
  • Create a marketing calendar that reflects the program strategy.
  • Ensure content is accessible and turnkey using a library of pre-approved assets.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and extend reach.
  • Participate in annual planning to shape the overall marketing strategy in line with the financial institution's plan.
  • Lead regular accountability meetings with marketing partners to maintain momentum.
  • Follow up promptly on plan deliverables to keep both sides on track.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Meet periodically with the Regional Investment Director to review goals and execution effectiveness.
  • Complete a quarterly scorecard for each institution showing engagement and execution of the agreed plan.
  • Complete actions on the onboarding checklist and send a welcome email outlining the consulting process.
  • Conduct 3 to 4 annual individual consulting sessions, establishing a cadence for digital marketing, a social media calendar, and ongoing client nurturing.
  • Deliver a quarterly advisor engagement scorecard in discussions with the Regional Investment Director.
  • Maintain necessary stationery post onboarding as required.
  • Assign engagement levels to advisors and lead group meetings to elevate marketing engagement and discuss new marketing trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and digital marketing.
  • 2+ years of graphic design and content development experience.
