Search Marketing Specialist

Long Point Digital, a growing marketing agency, is looking for an entry-level Search Marketing Specialist to support SEO, research, analytics, and the deployment of tactical SEO initiatives that drive organic traffic for clients. This onsite role in Grand Junction, Colorado, emphasizes cross-department collaboration and ongoing growth in digital marketing skills. Compensation ranges from USD 19 to 25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of digital marketing.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to implement tactical SEO strategies and set measurable client goals through organic traffic.
• Execute a broad range of digital marketing tasks, including SEO, research, and reporting analytics.
• Test campaigns, evaluate key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and comprehensive campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in SEO and PPC management is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics are preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work with others and independently.
• Strong desire to learn and grow on a daily basis.
