Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Educate and assist associates with CRM tools and marketing technology
• Train and support real estate agents in achieving their marketing goals
• Build and manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms
• Design marketing materials including postcards, flyers, broker opens, pop-bys, publications, social graphics, and branded collateral
• Create and maintain template-based websites and landing pages
• Lead and manage individual marketing projects from concept through execution
• Support local office and agent marketing requests across Arkansas
• Collaborate with a remote marketing team to execute statewide initiatives
• Assist with additional marketing and operational projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and social media advertising platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative

Additional information

• Travel is required for this position and may include office visits, trainings, events, and collaboration across Arkansas markets
• This is an on-site position located in Hot Springs, Arkansas
• Applicants should be comfortable working independently while staying connected with a distributed team environment
