Marketing and Research Coodinator
Job Description
This Marketing and Research position supports sales and marketing efforts for a real estate company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role involves developing marketing materials, maintaining the website and social media, performing property research, managing listings, coordinating events, and fostering tenant relations.
Responsibilities
- Create flyers and other marketing materials for properties
- Maintain and update company website as needed
- Maintain social media accounts
- Research property information, including demographics, municipal codes, owner/tenant contact information, and market trends
- General corporate marketing campaigns
- Upload property listings on various online platforms and track results and leads
- General sales support, including arranging tours and creating tour lists and associated materials
- Design and order property banners
- Design real estate signs
- Design various print materials
- Assist in small corporate events as needed
- Develop and maintain tenant relations and communicate feedback to Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent job experience
- Detail and task orientated
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High levels of creativity and innovation
- Ability to research and analyze data
