Job Description

This on-site Marketing Advisor role in Southlake and Frisco, Texas focuses on shaping agents' marketing and branding programs, developing strategic plans, coordinating with design teams, and delivering white-glove service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service while consulting with customers daily to identify marketing needs, craft strategic plans, and execute initiatives efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and white-glove service to clients.
  • Learn the Compass advantage and advocate for the platform.
  • Understand and promote the value of products, tools, and programs to customers, addressing general needs and specific marketing requests.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with the Compass platform to maximize budget effectiveness across branding, print, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media.
  • Quickly assemble templated creative assets such as print ads and brochures using InDesign.
  • Act as the liaison between the design team and agents to coordinate larger projects and materials, ensuring cohesion between the Compass brand and agents' marketing outputs.
  • Create memorable customer experiences through personalized recognition and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing plans to inform future strategies and exceed agent expectations.
  • Collaborate with advertising and media vendors to secure agent advertising spend and local brand opportunities.
  • Stay informed about national and local real estate market trends and forecasts.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to foster a sense of community and culture.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to relationship management and objections.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with the ability to identify effective tactics across multiple channels.
  • Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and own accounts while collaborating in a team to drive best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of organization.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment, evolving responsibilities, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Passion for the intersection of marketing and technology, with the ability to articulate its benefits.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Prior real estate industry experience is preferred.
