Job Description

Modus Closing is seeking a Marketing Advisor to partner with real estate agents in Kauai, guiding branding and marketing initiatives from concept to completion. This on-site role provides hands-on project management and strategic support to help agents grow their businesses while optimizing marketing budgets. The position is based in Kauai, with a salary range of USD 65,000 to 71,800 per year and requires a minimum of two years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service as you consult daily with agents to identify marketing needs, craft strategic plans, and execute them efficiently.
  • Offer ongoing guidance and support to agents from start to finish of their projects.
  • Learn the platform's advantages and advocate for its value.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, tools, and programs, and communicate their value to agents, tailored to general needs and specific marketing goals.
  • Create strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the platform to maximize budget effectiveness across branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media.
  • Organize and assemble templated creative assets such as print ads and brochures using InDesign quickly and accurately.
  • Coordinate between the design team and agents to manage large projects and materials, ensuring cohesion between brand guidelines and agents' marketing deliverables.
  • Deliver thoughtful, personalized experiences for clients, including targeted marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize clients' marketing plans to inform future strategies and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with advertising and media vendors to secure agent advertising spend and opportunities for the local brand.
  • Stay updated on national and local real estate market trends and forecasts.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to foster a sense of community and culture.
  • Be a culture carrier, inspiring and empowering colleagues with a constructive approach to change.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships empathetically and handle objections effectively.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and planning, capable of selecting appropriate tactics across multiple channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while collaborating in a team to drive best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities and multiple roles.
  • Passionate about the intersection of marketing and technology and able to articulate its benefits.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Prior real estate industry experience preferred.
