Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch webinar funnels from start to finish, including registration, show-up sequences, the offer, and follow-up.
- Design and deploy quiz funnels that pre-qualify and pre-frame leads before they reach a sales call.
- Improve call show-up and conversion rates through high-leverage, unglamorous optimization work.
- Turn LinkedIn into a real growth channel as part of the strategy.
- Own and evolve the book funnel strategy, since the book is a core client acquisition tool.
- Manage and optimize paid ads, organic social, and book launches.
- Write direct-response copy that converts across emails, landing pages, ads, and scripts.
- Introduce new plays and justify them with logic and numbers.
Requirements
- Experience marketing high-ticket products, coaching, or information products, with a solid grasp of funnels, offers, and the psychology of driving someone to a call.
- Hands-on experience with webinars, paid ads, organic social, and book launches, or a strong subset with the appetite to own the rest.
- A mindset that treats marketing as a blend of art and science; capable of writing content that resonates and analyzing data to prune underperforming activities.
- Ability to write direct-response copy that converts; samples will be requested.
- Proficiency with AI tools and a proactive approach to using them to work faster and smarter; ongoing upskilling is expected.
- Familiarity with a CRM like HubSpot; the ability to build workflows, interpret data, and handle backend tasks without needing a full tech setup.
- Based in the United States and attuned to US market culture, particularly for a trades audience.
- A strong sense of ownership, a constructive competitive mindset, and a track record of delivering measurable results.
