Job Description

Location: New York, NY onsite. Salary: USD 82,700 - 151,700 per year. Experience required: 4+ years.

Join AWS Integrated Demand Center as an Email Marketing Manager, Nurture in New York. You will shape and execute the email channel strategy for nurture programs designed to accelerate pipeline progression through precise segmentation, lifecycle journey design, and ongoing optimization. This role sits within a global, collaborative team that prioritizes the customer experience, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the email channel plan for assigned nurture programs, covering audience segmentation frameworks, lifecycle journey design, and A/B testing standards.
  • Design and run multi-touch nurture campaigns to boost prospect engagement and advance the pipeline.
  • Continuously optimize nurture campaigns to raise engagement, increase conversions, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Track the impact of email initiatives on team goals, customer engagement metrics, program KPIs, and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Regularly review and communicate nurture performance metrics, funnel progression trends, and optimization insights to peers and managers.
  • Drive decisions on nurture cadence, content sequencing, and suppression/targeting logic to accelerate progress.
  • Define technical and creative requirements for nurture campaigns in collaboration with IDC core teams, marketing operations, and creative partners.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across core campaign teams, marketing operations, localization, and creative groups.
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring processes and mentor others on email best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns across TV, print, and digital/social channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
