Job Description

TopCashback USA offers a Digital Marketing Coordinator role focused on app and paid media. This hybrid position based in Rochelle Park, NJ provides a salary of $48,000–$50,000 per year and a benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, paid time off, and parental leave. Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns
  • Identify, test, and scale new and existing app install opportunities and acquisition channels
  • Manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize installs and ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CPI, CPA, and ROAS using Appsflyer and internal reporting tools
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, and landing experiences to improve conversion and engagement performance
  • Manage and optimize partner and programmatic channels
  • Oversee daily performance tracking, budget allocation, and partner communication
  • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve channel efficiency
  • Lead onboarding, testing, and evaluation of new partners and platforms
  • Develop testing structures, placement strategies, and performance benchmarks with vendors
  • Monitor and report on all relevant performance metrics and campaign insights
  • Serve as a marketing representative within our mobile app working group
  • Provide input on user experience, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization based on acquisition insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, creative, and analytics to support initiatives, testing, and user journey optimizations
  • Assist with brainstorming and light creative/design implementation support for additional marketing channels as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or mobile app acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and mobile attribution platforms such as Appsflyer
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and optimizing toward KPIs
  • Familiarity with programmatic, affiliate, or partner-based marketing channels
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
